Load capacity: approx. 150 kg. To ensure maximum safety during use, the following conditions must be met:

• The surface under the plate must be perfectly level and stable, free from unevenness, sand or debris that could cause point stress or deformation of the metal sheet.

• The device's centre of gravity should be evenly distributed — the fireplace or stove should have a stable, flat base ensuring even load across the entire surface of the plate.

• It is not recommended to place devices on legs (e.g. wood-burning stoves), as point pressure may cause local dents or permanent deformation of the product, which is not grounds for a complaint.

• While the fireplace or stove is in operation, the surface of the plate heats up quickly — avoid direct contact with the hot element, especially in the case of children.

• Do not slide the device across the surface of the plate — if necessary, it should be lifted and carefully moved to avoid damaging the paint coating.

• The product is intended solely as floor protection in front of the fireplace; it should not be used for direct burning of materials on its surface.

• Exercise caution when carrying — the edges are finished, but the product is metallic and heavy. In case of serious damage or cracks, discontinue use immediately.

Hearth Plate Frequently Asked Questions

What is the proper way to install this hearth plate?
For optimum safety and stability, the plate must be placed on a surface that is completely level and free of any debris or uneven particles.

Can I use this with any type of fireplace?
This model is not suitable for use with stoves or fireplaces that stand on legs. Because the material is 1 mm thick, point pressure from legs can cause the metal to deform. Additionally, do not burn materials directly on the surface, and be aware that the plate will become hot during operation.

How can I keep the matte black finish in good condition?
To maintain the appearance of your hearth plate, clean the surface regularly. To prevent scratching or damaging the paint, always lift your heating device rather than sliding it across the metal.

What is the weight limit for this 39x39 in hearth plate?
This product is engineered to support a load capacity of approximately 150 kg, provided the weight is distributed evenly across the surface.
